He is renowned surgeon in Kolhapur. He started photography as a hobby thirty years ago.
He is founder member of Amateur Photographers’ Association, Kolhapur (APA). He has taken painstaking efforts in early development of this association. He is the man who started the Era of Digital Photography in APA. APA owes a debt to him for his unforgettable work as controller of APA for many years.
He has mastered various digital photo editing techniques. He has handled various subjects of photography. But he has keen interest in flower photography. He has created a CD ‘E-book of Digital Photography’. He has written many articles and a series on Digital Photography in newspapers.
Prof. Dr. Ashish K. Gurav
He is doctorate in Civil Engineering. He is Director of Dhananjay Mahadik Group of Institutions, Engineering and MBA college in Kolhapur.
He is keenly interested in Digital Photography. He has mastered digital photo editing techniques. He used to conduct courses on Digital Photography. He has created a CD ‘E-book of Digital Photography’. He has written many articles and a series on Digital Photography in newspapers. He is active member of APA.
Besides photography is has various hobbies like origami, painting, playing guitar, keyboard etc. He has conducted an orchestra named Sursnagam. He is running an Abacus company named Brain Boosters Academy. He is fond of literature. He has completed his M.A. in Marathi literature.
